Bookings & Events
All bookings for drag brunches, ticketed events, or private hire services at Bar Broadway fall under the management and terms of QWERKY Events, our official event and hire service provider. These can be viewed at https://www.qwerky.events/terms-and-conditions
Please review their terms and conditions during the booking process, which apply in full to any ticket purchases or venue hire arrangements made for Bar Broadway events.

LGBTQ+ Friendly Venue
Bar Broadway is a proud LGBTQ+ friendly bar. We are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space for all guests. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse – whether directed at staff, performers, or customers. Anyone engaging in abusive or discriminatory behaviour will be removed from the premises immediately.

Responsible Drinking Policy
We promote the responsible consumption of alcohol and support the principles set out by the UK Government’s Drinkaware campaign. Our staff are trained to serve alcohol responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.

Bar Rules & Conduct
We operate a safe and friendly venue. All guests must treat others with respect. Aggressive, antisocial, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service at our discretion.

24/7 CCTV Monitoring
Bar Broadway operates 24/7 CCTV surveillance throughout the premises to ensure the safety and security of all our guests and staff. Footage is recorded and stored in accordance with GDPR and UK privacy laws and may be shared with authorities if required.

Age Restrictions
Bar Broadway is an 18+ venue. You may be asked to show a valid photo ID upon entry or when purchasing alcohol. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy.

Changes & Cancellations
Events, timings, and performers are subject to change. We aim to communicate any significant changes in advance. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will follow the refund or rebooking process as outlined by QWERKY Events.
